All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement that you will receive during booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Booking and Payment Process

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment platforms.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing, off-roading, or other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, using the vehicle for purposes beyond its intended design, exceeding weight or passenger limits, or driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval is unacceptable.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
As permitted by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Birmingham is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for your rental in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
